Labour strategies of young specialists in Samara

The results of the research of labour strategies of young specialists are considered in the article. Labour strategy is treated as the totality of consequently implemented activities and orientations of subjects on the labour market. The typology of labour strategies is based on the data of the qualitative research carried out among young specialists in Samara.
