Impingement syndrome of the suprascapular nerve is a combination of various etiological causes that lead to its dysfunction and neuropathy. They are divided into two main groups:traction damagecompression damage.Traction damage to the suprascapular nerve originating in the suprascapular notch, can damage the nerve, under the influence multiple times, repetitive mo- tion, or under the influence of one traumatic moment, causing atrophy of the supraspinatus and infraspinatus muscles.embryonic cysts, localized in the Spino-glenoid notch of the scapula, causes isolated atrophy of the abdominal muscle. Treatment of infringement syndrome of the suprascapular nerve should be aimed at pain relief and restoration of function. In recent years, open surgical treatment of suprascapular nerve compression is less in demand due to the rapid development of arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder joint which allows the use minimally invasive and arthroscopic technology.Clinical materials and research were as follows: 12 patients aged 26 to 62 years, 8 men and 4 women...
