At the forefront of scientific organization of labor and lean manufacturing

A review of the literature on the emergence of lean manufacturing technologies is presented. The data on the relationship and the General ideological basis of lean production and scientific organization of labor, the participation of the Volgograd medical Institute in the development and adaptation of the principles of rational organization and labor protection in the industrial enterprises of Volgograd in the USSR. The paper reflects the current stage of development of the principles of lean manufacturing and the creation of a new model of medical organization providing primary health care.
