Participation of private clinics in the CMI system as a factor of health development in Russia

The article addresses topical aspects of Russian health care reform, including the challenges and trends in the industry. The world practice shows that the state contracts - is a reliable and efficient way of public-private partnership, which partially solves the major problems associated with the financing of health care organizations. In the Russian practice this mechanism is presented through the participation of private clinics in the system of CMI. This mechanism, as any phenomenon or process, has its positive and negative sides, incentives and disincentives. The role of the barrier in the development of the system of participation is performed by rates, mainly such their element as profit.
