Participation of exclusive rights in civil circulation

The author makes an attempt to ground prerequisites of the exclusive rights on the results of intellectual activity and means of individualization participation in circulation and to analyze its peculiarities, suggestions to the improvement of the regulation of the mentioned relations are made. The necessity to solve this problem is based on the statement that in legislation the results of intellectual activity and means of individualization are declared the objects of civil rights, though the rights on them, but not the results and means participate in circulation.
