Youth participation in the activities of representative bodies (on Zabaikalian territory’s example)

The article is devoted to the problems of youth participation in the representative bodies of Zabaikalian Territory. The necessity of youth parliamentarism's development as a systematic work on appointment, training and promotion of perspective young leaders is noted. The definition of youth, its age limits, and the role of youth in the Youth House of Zabaikalian Territory are analyzed.
