The author considers legal relations connected with the sale of a share in authorized capital of limited liability company (LLC) with the participation of the notary, makes stress on insufficient legislative regulation of the institution of sale itself of the share in authorized capital of LLC, as well as the role and the authority of the notary itself at conducting public bids.
