The need for the participation of departments for juvenile affairs in operational search activities in relation to juvenile of fenders

This article is intended to justify the need for the inclusion of inspections for minors in the criminal investigation departments in order to increase the effectiveness of their interaction in conducting operational investigative activities in relation to minors. The article provides a historical analysis of the interaction of these divisions. It describes the existing problems and suggests concrete steps to improve their collaboration.
