Involvement of teachers and students of BMSPI in the Great Patriotic War

The article highlights the study of the list of participants of the Great Patriotic War-teachers and students of Buryat Pedagogical Institute. The archive of university in the form of books of orders for students, workers and employees is analyzed, the lists of names are clarified, and the patriotic upsurge and the desire to repel the fascists with the help of personal participation are revealed by examples. The names of representatives of the university-teachers, staff and students are immortalized on the memorial plate of the monument to the participants of the Great Patriotic War, established in honor of the 75th anniversary of the Victory. The relevance of this problem is due to its continuing significance not only for the country, but also for the regions, since information on them is often insufficient. The importance of studying this problem under consideration today is also explained by the tasks of educating the younger generation.
