Russia's participation in the IMF as ensuring its foreign economic security

The article discusses the structure of IMF and other international monetary institutions. It analyses the Fund's operation, gives an assessment of it's efficiency for the past time; moreover it considers other functions, that are included in the IMF's authority. The conclusion shows its impact on external economic security of Russia.
