Participation of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation in the public diplomacy of the state (on the example of the Republic of Bashkortostan)

Introduction: the paper is devoted to the study of the participation of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation in the public diplomacy of the state as a form of cooperation with other states. The authors review the regulatory and legal framework of this activity as well as actors of the federal and regional levels. Currently, the involvement of Russian regions in the public diplomacy varies greatly. The urgency of the topic is due to the need to study and broadcast the positive experience of advanced constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
