Participation of creative intelligentsia of Central Chernozem region in social and economic life of Soviet society at the stage of forced industrial modernization

The article reviews the various forms of participation of intellectuals in social and economic life of the country in 1920-1930-ies, during the period of industrial modernization. Implement plans of the Soviet Government may be both economic and political methods, as well as non-economic related primarily to the consolidation of the population to solve major problems of industrial modernization, as well as through the creation of a new type of Soviet person, whose life and activities focus on building up socialist in the name of prosperity the Soviet state. It is these problems solved and the creative intelligentsia.
