Textbook in the formation system of competence model of higher professional education graduate

The given article studies the problem of creation of a modern textbook for higher education institutions as the basic component of information and methodical process of competence approach realization in higher education system. The factors causing "complexity" for creation of educational editions for preparation of bachelors according to the new educational standards and aiming at innovative principles in substantial, structural and other characteristics of the textbook are analysed.
