Training and research situational center as a range and a proving ground for a team of system analysts

Training and research situational centers are considered as an infrastructure for realization of processes of collective research, design and training. Versions of construction of prototypes, the diagram « 4 levels » for consideration of objects are offered. Technology of training of service teams for the situational centers is described. Review of some projects 2005-2010 is made.
