Training and methodological provision for training of staff for industrial enterprises within the framework of cooperation of educational establishments and professional association (setting up of specialized departments using the example of higher educational establishments of Saint-Petersburg and Klimov JSC)

The article considers cooperation of an industrial enterprise with leading field-specific higher educational establishments for training of engineering staff, experience in setting-up of specialized departments, participation of leading specialists of the enterprise in training and methodological provision for training of staff.
