Accounting microtraumatism in the enterprise: a necessity or a useless work?

This article analyzes the need for the introduction of a mandatory system of micro injury in enterprises. It considers the economic damage that entails occupational micro injuries, as well as other negative consequences, in particular, an increase in the risk of occupational diseases and more severe industrial injuries. Possible positive and negative consequences of the adoption of the draft law on accounting for micro injuries as part of amending the Labor Code of the Russian Federation are assessed. An exemplary methodology for organizing the system of accounting and investigation of micro injuries in enterprises is given. Also presented are measures to prevent micro injuries.
