Accounting of service time of servicemen performing service under contract in the Russian Federation

The author performed a systematic analysis on the issue of accounting for the service time of servicemen serving under a contract in the Russian Federation. The main regulatory and legal documents regulating this issue have been allocated. The norms of working time of employees of military units have been determined. The author established internal documents on the accounting of service time of military personnel under the contract: a journal of accounting, a timesheet and regulations for accounting for service time. Types of overtime and types of compensation for overtime hours of work have been determined. At the end of the study, the main conclusions on the accounting of service time of contract servicemen are outlined.
