Remote work as a universal method of reducing personnel costs and increasing its motivation

At present, the management of the company pays great attention to personnel costs and its motivation. There are various methods to optimize personnel costs or increase their interest in their work. However, as a rule, a decrease in the first entails a decrease in the second, and vice versa. The development of economics and technology contributes to the loss of relevance, previously used for these purposes, methods. That is why employers are forced to look for new tools to optimize costs and increase staff motivation. All this is the reason for the emergence of a new universal method for solving these problems, such as remote work. The article considers the essence of remote work, its positive and negative aspects from the point of view of the employee and the employer, as well as the results of the introduction of remote employees in domestic companies.
