The article considers the relevance of managing the experience of employees, which can become a new business resource. It is shown that in the rating of preferences of the innovation-oriented labor market, the possibility of professional self-realization is on the first place. Employees of innovative companies, first of all, show loyalty to their employer for interesting work, creative tasks and other related categories that create opportunities for them to realize their potential.
