The influence of UV radiation on the seeds of thuja occidentalis is studied. UV led installation for presowing treatment of seeds is designed. It is shown that UV irradiation of pre-sowing seed of thuja occidentalis allows to increase the energy of germination, germination rate and survival rate. To maintain the required UV dose programmable logic controller in the language of functional block diagrams is developed.
