Hydrocarbon as the basis of industrial complex of China

The article discusses the problem of hydrocarbon production in China. One of the conditions for sustainable development of the energy sector is the constant replenishment of the resource base and the renewal of fixed capital. The main problems hindering the development of energy complex, are the corruption and the use of outdated technologies.
