Criminal liability for corruption offences in Austria

The article deals with the features of criminal liability for corruption-related offences under the legislation of the Republic of Austria. The author identified the types of corruption offences under the Criminal Code of Austria and analyzed the differences between them. The article emphasizes an opportunity to use the Austrian experience in order to improve the Russian criminal legislation against corruption.
