Criminal liability for copyright infringement in France and Switzerland

The article is devoted to consideration of the offence of copyright infringement in foreign countries, such as France and Switzerland. With regard to Russia, this study will help develop a full position on criminal liability for copyright infringement, identify the strengths and weaknesses of the legislation in this field.
