Criminal responsibility for crimes against public morality in the legislation of post-Soviet countries

In connection with the implementation of fundamental changes in economic, political, social, cultural and other social sectors, obligatory element of the harmonious functioning of society and the state should become public morality. The main purpose of the research is comparison of offences related to the production and circulation of pornographic materials or items, the responsibility for which set the laws of the Russian Federation and post-Soviet States.
