Criminal responsibility for crimes committed in an electronic (computer) networks

This article examines the issues of criminal responsibility for crimes committed in electronic (computer) networks. A classification of network crimes is presented. The author emphasizes that fraud in the field of high technology goes far beyond the traditional fraud in terms of social hazards. In this regard, the author proposes to amend the existing criminal law.
