Criminal liability for crimes in sphere of economic activities

The article considers the direction of a criminal law policy of the Russian Federation in the fight against crimes in the sphere of economic activities. The author notes that currently the criminal-legal policy has developed in two opposite trends. On the one hand, there is the criminalization of illegal acts in the sphere of economic activity, the tightening of criminal responsibility. On the other hand, it should be noted the liberalization of the criminal liability for these crimes.
