Criminal liability for lecherous acts committed against minors using communication network Internet

The article examines liability for lecherous acts committed against minors using the information and communication network (including the Internet). Taking into account the social danger of the analyzed crime, the authors present their amendments to Part 3 of Art. 135 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The authors offer measures to prevent Internet crimes against children and juveniles.
