The establishment of criminal liability for obstructing the exercise of electoral rights or work of election commissions (article 141 of the Criminal Code) is one of the ways of criminal and legal protection of citizens' electoral rights. The article presents an analysis of the objective and subjective features of the offense provided for in Art. 141 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, its qualified composition (bribery, deception, coercion, use of violence, etc.). Special attention is paid to the issue of delineation of this crime from an administrative offense.
