Criminal law description of legalization of illegally obtained money resources or other property

The paper reveals the issues of criminal law regulation of counteraction of legalization of money resources and property illegally obtained in the Russian Federation. Basic criminal law characteristics of this type of crime are investigated. The author determines basic legal and organizational problems, impedimental to effective countermeasures to legalize illegally obtained money resources and property.
