The article deals with such matters of bribe taking as money, financial credit instruments, other property, the provision of property-related services, granting property rights. The analysis of court practice in criminal cases is performed in this paper. The article authors consider the schemes used by criminals to conceal the fact of an offence from law enforcement agencies and members of the general public.
