Criminal characteristics of vandalism and its delimitation from related crimes and administrative offenses

The article deals with all elements of the vandalism. Attention is paid to issues of delimitation of vandalism from related offenses. In their practice the police most often face the problem of differentiating the vandalism from the deliberate destruction or damage of another's property. Given that the vandalism is related to minor offenses that are similar in public danger degree with the administrative offences, the author considers the issues of delimitation of the vandalism crimes from other similar offences.
