Criminal legal and criminological characteristics of persons who committed a crime provided by art. 264.1 of the Criminal Code

The article discusses the most characteristic personality traits of a criminal who is driving while intoxicated, being a person previously held accountable for a similar violation. The analysis of the causes and conditions of the criminal act, as well as the socio-demographic and moral-psychological characteristics of the personality of the offender is carried out, the features of the subject of the crime, provided for in Article 264.1 of the Criminal Code.
