Criminal liability for organized forms of criminal (extremist, terrorist) activity

The article reviews the criminal legal assessment of various forms of organized crime activity (extremist, terrorist), features of crime structures stipulated by articles 210, 205.4, 205.5, 282.1, 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The author proposes to eliminate the competition of the legislative regulations under consideration.
