The author analyzed the criminal law risks in activities related to the outsourcing of the information and communication infrastructure of an economic entity. The novelty of the Russian criminal legislation - Article 2742 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is commented. The classification of criminal-legal risks of outsourcing IT-infrastructure of an economic entity is presented. Recommendations are given on the application of certain provisions of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
