Criminal law means of ensuring military security: state and prospects

The transformation of the world order produces the emergence of various crises, the escalation of which leads to the use of military force as an exceptional way for States to defend their interests in the modern world. The special military operation that began in February 2022 has significantly changed the state of public relations designed to ensure military security. These changes create the need to study political, organizational, socio-economic, military, legal, informational, and other issues designed to create a more effective system for ensuring national security. The article examines the legal aspects of the implementation of the criminal policy of the Russian Federation in the field of military security. The author analyzes strategic planning documents and other sources in the field of military security. The author’s position on the current state and prospects for the development of criminal law means of ensuring military security is proposed.
