The article is devoted to the criminal procedural aspects and the usage of the technical criminalistics means, tactical methods and methodical recommendations on collecting, researching and using the evidences for the purpose of their objectivization. The evidence fixed with the technical criminalistics means is more reliable and so is more objective. The objectivized evidences let to objectively determine the trustworthiness of the knowledge (judgement) about the circumstances of the case. The usage of the technical criminalistics means will allow to minimize and ideally - to avoid the mistakes in fixation, collecting, checking and evaluating the evidences and taking the decision on the criminal case.
