Criminal persecution on the basis of electronic operative-personal information

Electronic operative-search information is intended for disclosing crimes and further proving the guilt of persons in their commission. The article shows the effectiveness of such information in the criminal process. Attention is focused on the fact that the results of operational and investigative activities are of an auxiliary nature, but in many cases without them it is impossible to expose individuals committing group crimes, including on the Internet. The article is devoted to the analysis of problematic issues related to criminal prosecution, carried out on the basis of operative-search information obtained and used in proving in electronic form.
