Criminal law on public morals guard

This article the question of social need in offence penal prohibition connected with illegal manufacture or distribution of pornographic materials. Al the same time, the author proposes to return to a policy of “tolerance” concerning the field of human sexuality, which, in the author’s opinion, is the object of a crime under Art. 242 of the RF Criminal Code.
