Criminal jargon as method to conceal drug crimes in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam

Introduction: The thesis provides a general view of drug crimes nowadays and the criminal regulations stipulating responsibilities for committing such crimes in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. This thesis renders the concept of criminal jargon, its features and formation structure. It is necessary to identify criminal jargon as a method of drug crime, its current terms, as well as forensic knowledge for studying such issue. Materials and methods: the regulatory framework of the study is based on the criminal law of the SRV, which stipulates criminal responsibilities for the commission of drug crimes, as well as Russian and Vietnamese research papers relating to criminal jargon. The methodological basis of the study includes the general dialectical method of scientific cognition, which have popular characteristics, as well as methods of logical deduction, induction, cognitive methods and techniques of observation, comparison, analysis, synthesis and description. The results of the study allowed to clarify certain provisions related to criminal jargon, to reveal the content and practical significance of its structural elements for the disclosure and investigation of drug trafficking, as well as to establish links between the use of criminal jargon and the concealment of illegal drug transactions. Summary and conclusion: revealed the interdependence of criminal jargon and illegal drug transactions.
