The threat of proliferation of nuclear weapons

Currently, the threat of nuclear proliferation is one of the main problems of the Russian Federation. It seems that the humanity is accustomed to live near the most dangerous weapons - weapons of mass destruction and forget about the possibility of the way it is out of control. Nuclear weapons serve as a deterrent and deter the aggressor. But nuclear weapons in the modern conditions becomes uncontrolled, it spreads and becomes the property of the new States.
