The article analyzes the opinions of scientists on food security issues arising at the microeconomic level of the economy. It turned out that the microeconomic aspects of threats to food security, such as: the use of resource, labor, market, social and production potentials, have a significant impact on the system of formation and functioning of the provision of agricultural raw materials and food.
