Threats associated with the risk of bankruptcy

The article reveals the concept of insolvency (bankruptcy). Bankruptcy procedures and their consequences are considered. The conditions for declaring the debtor bankrupt are also presented.In the article, in the form of a figure, examples of consequences for the debtor during bankruptcy procedures are schematically given. The classification of the consequences of declaring the debtor bankrupt is also presented.
