Ukraine: public authority’ disturbance

The paper examined the complicated military and political situation within the borders of Ukraine, the neighboring state that has unleashed military operations against the southeastern borderlands of the country, and crisis in relations between the Quarters and the outlying districts of the single state, and rising of explicit threat to integrity of the Russian Federation; all these factors have worsened the state of things over the region. That required urgent examination of forms and techniques of destructive impact the Kiev regime once having seized power exerted on the population of the Lugansk and Donetsk districts. Evaluation of aftereffects arising out of this situation shall be required, too. The author having applied the comparative analysis’ technique has brought to light a position held by the State and the part taken by the public authorities and their assistants from Germany, the USA, France, Poland, Holland, Great Britain in worsening the situation within the borders of Ukraine, revealing specifics in taking measures for destabilizing relations between the states and ethnic communities. The survey inferred with assessment of a negative part taken while intervention into internal affairs of the states. The study explored measures of destructive nature once implemented in other states in the course of their evolution, and has shown divergent and similar features typical of similar society control settings.
