Behavior evidences in criminalistics

The article covers the notion and the classification of the behavior evidences; the author's position is justified about the necessity to view the behavior evidences as a particular criminalistic theory. The comparative analysis is done of the particular criminalistic theory being newly developed with such widely accepted separate theories as a way of the crime committal and concealment, the doctrine of skills and habits of a person. The possibility and the necessity are studied of the development and including of the typical behavior evidences into the criminalistic characteristics of definite crime types and kinds. It is proposed to include the information about typical behavior evidences into the tactics of interrogation, search and other investigation activities.
