Ulyanovsk aviation cluster. Stages of development

This paper presents an approach to the implementation of the State policy in the development of the aircraft in Ulyanovsk region. The structure, key trends and results are specified in the Consortium "Scientific and educational production cluster "Ulyanovsk-Aviation". Particular attention is paid to the measures of state support to the projects implemented by the cluster.
