Ultrasound diagnostics and histogenesis of heart myxoma

Nnotation: Myxoma is a primary intracavitary, histologically benign heart tumor, which, however, in many cases has a clinically malignant and even fatal course. Primary heart tumors are a very rare disease and, according to statistics, make up 0.0017-0.02% in the structure of cardiac pathology. In our country, the first successful operation to remove myxoma of PP in conditions of cardiopulmonary bypass was performed by S. A. Kolosnikov in 1962. In subsequent years, numerous reports appeared about the results of successful surgical treatment with a mix of the heart.
