Improving the quality of data transmission networks on the example of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The development of systems for monitoring and diagnosing a data transmission network to improve the SPD is part of the overall problem of network management. Thus, an urgent task is to develop and study methods of monitoring and diagnosing that allow us to successfully solve the problem of timely delivery of messages to users and more efficiently use the available communication resources. The maintenance system should be created on uniform principles and, developing further, maintain organizational and technical unity, meet international standards, ensure high parameters of quality and reliability of communication and be adapted to any structural changes in the management of the national data transmission network of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
