Still many companies do not understand the importance of a systematic approach to the construction of marketing structures. Most managers are still operating in "manual mode", without paying due attention to the construction of the company effective business processes. Experience, intuition and common sense, of course, important, but not enough. The maximum effect can be obtained only running and standardizes the work of subordinates.
