Universal spectral formula for the Havriliak-Negamy type relaxation spectra description

In this study a universal spectral functions for description of the Debye-like and Havriliak-Negami-like relaxation spectra are suggested. The spectral formulas are obtained by introducing additional factors into the Cole-Cole and Havriliak-Negami formulas. A number of relationships between the introduced factors and the spectra parameters are found. The analytical expressions for the Havriliak-Negami like spectra description are obtained. The suggested functions allow describe the experimental relaxation spectra with high accuracy. They considerably extend the range of describing spectra. The functions give opportunity to clarify the relaxation polarization nature.
