Comparative analysis of decision-making techniques

The article is devoted to a review and comparative analysis of decision-making techniques. The main approaches such as analytical methods, heuristic algorithms, models based on artificial intelligence and statistical techniques are considered. The advantages and disadvantages of each method, their application in conditions of uncertainty and risks, as well as the effectiveness and accuracy of decisions are analyzed. Special attention is paid to comparative analysis, which allowed us to identify the most appropriate methods for specific situations and tasks. The review is of interest to both researchers and practitioners, allowing them to choose the optimal decision-making methodology depending on the requirements and conditions of a particular field of activity.
